We always end our dinner with dessert. We always do. Whether its' a cake, ice cream, pudding or just a fruit of salad. We always have something sweet.And most of the time we bought them. So when there's nothing for dessert, and we haven't got time to buy it, I must make it myself.
So I went to the kitchen to making mini eclairs. Well, actually it was supposed to be BIG eclairs. But since I made the batter 1/2 of the recipe, I decided to bake the little version instead.
Anyway, hubby said Yum-O. He, who doesn't like sweets. Remember?! So I took it with a big smile. Or should I say.. grin.
